1.2 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

- Items damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. How to Initiate a Return

2.2 Please clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package when returning the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
3.2 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is not reflected, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange of the item at no additional cost to you.
