Ross, Wester field, Jaffe and Kakan are the authors of Corporate Finance. Randolph W Wester field is the dean of the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California and specializes in corporate financial policy, investment management and analysis, mergers and acquisitions and stock market price behavior. A number of corporations like AT&T, Mobil Oil, the US Department of Justice and Labor and the State of California have taken him on as a consultant.
